Charlie

A couple times in the past I heard the term "Charlie" seeming to refer to vietnamese in a potentially negative way. I didn't know why. I asked some vietnamese, they didn't know why. I recently heard it again and finally decided to look it up online. Quite simple really. Military alphabet. VC is Victor Charlie, hence they're Charlies.
