Still basically nothing happening with regards to the collision that was 5 weeks ago. I called 8 times, always just get the adjuster's voice mail, and no calls returned. Getting really sick of it. Though last year, it was around 5 months to take care of the hail damage, so I suppose this current issue is still in its infancy right? Maybe once this is over it's time for a different insurance company, even if it costs more. Though who knows, maybe this is industry standard.
