Not amazing race

4 continents, 12500 miles (?) this hasn't been so amazing. But at least I'm finally in Ghana. Took a taxi to the bus station and bussed to Kumasi right away. Was getting pretty uncomfortable after so long without a real rest point. Anyways, missing lifes little luxuries like warm water and such. And haven't found many people to talk to. The ghanaians are friendly enough, as long as you pay them to be (and not subtle about it)... unfortunately not a great first impression of the country. I'm going to make my way the rest of the trip to BFMS today, hopefully find Evelyn there. Generally not enjoying myself much so far, hope it will get better.
P.S. Heard on the tvs about more bomb attempts in london, weird to think I was just there a day earlier.

Hey Ninja, good to hear you're there. Don't worry about the people and the friendly-money factor. just remember what you are to them, a rich foreigner. Once they see beyond that they will think and act differently. That will take some time, but in the mean time don't forget to get me something cool like an elephant or a diamond mine or a super intelligent monkey.
